Okay.. If I Alt Tab out of samp, not sure about my actual GTA as I dont play it, But anyways, If I alt tab and do anything and I reclick gta_sa.exe to open the window back up it just closes.. no matter what I do to open it back up...

Have you tried to just ALT+TAB back in? Perhaps try even using ALT+ESC, or the Task Manager use and Bring To Front/Switch To? You know, instead of actually clicking on the program in the taskbar.

Yes. Its like if the gta_sa.exe detects it and selfs destructs <.<.
No matter how I open it it opens for a second and closes
