YOU CAN view them in daylight, works at night. If night sometime it don't work then get out of car and sit again. The neons doesn't works much on height.

First off fu**ing great script man its really awsoume but here's some posible
"bugs":
1) When the objects was there it wouldnt show neon, so i removed them now it shows them.
2) When there's more then one guy using it, and you press "Remove All Neon" it will remove your neon but.. in the same time it will remove all the neon on all cars who have neon
3) iff a player mixes the colors like take red,blue,yellow,pink other people can't get neon on their vehicle - this is easy to fix tho but number 2 i don't know what to do here.

Neons disable while in air ? bug.
Check the placement for lower cars like bullet.
