you could try to find a modder that wants o help you and maybe if you know the img file of big bear the modder already can you it for modding goodluck

Yes, it is possible, but it is kind off modding as you add these models using SA:MP 0.3c object stuff, but you will need to replace some existing object IDs though ^^

Just take a look at GamerX, they have "added" many new skins such as Kirby, Panda, Max Payne, The Punisher, etc..
