Guys, Windows 8.1 doesn't run GTA:SA, But wait for new updates for the 8.1 they might release a version which runs GTA:SA.

What update?

You literally just need to install DirectX, install ASI loader (and silent patch with it). Rename your game folder to something different. If that doesn't work, rename your gta_sa.exe and link your new .exe with it. Someone made a video about it.

Sometimes if you install a mod incorrectly your gta will crash. You can also modify compatibility and the game should run just fine.
