Hi guys! First sorry for my bad english. Today I gonna show you a Taser FS ideal for servers RP. I made a short video. (The FS is configurable)

Extra Information: When firing the Taser lasts 5 seconds (configurable), but as seen in the video, to get the dart, when the player is stunned on the floor, if they return to press the left mouse click, the player will continue electrocuted.

Assuming the code doesn't have any crazy crap that is only 0.3d-compatible (which I doubt that it does), you'll only need to re-compile with 0.3x includes.
