Ok, So I had an idea.

/ins = inservice
/onc = Onscene
/enrt = Enroute
/oos = Out Of Service
/qihp = Would give the status of logged in personnel (INS/ONC/OOS/ENRT)

/disp # # First number would be officer, second would be victim/suspect. Would send to a team a dispatch message and change players state to Enroute

I know this would be done threw script files, does anyone know how the coding would be done? its way over my head haha
