I have recently been playing GTA SA-MP for a while, and would now like to host a server. '
I have taken many many tutorials and none have worked for me. I do everything they say.
Here is my info/what I have done to help it:

It never even recognizes that my server is online.. =S

You need to make sure you're port forwarding correctly, both UDP and TCP.

Yes, or download the Auto Portforwarder... Its here on SA-MP Forums.
Search for it.
