I know i need to set up mine /rcon password login and i do.I login as a admin but i dont have any commands like /kikc,/ban/ajail i dont have any HELP.

Download one admin FS and put the .amx file in filterscript file,than write the name of the .amx file in cfg next to the filerscripts name(example. filterscripts eckoadminv1 )
And run the server.Than connect on the server rcon login and do /setlevel 0 5 for example.

if you wanna...be admin....first make your script....
with codes..for kicking ...ban.etc then you can say your admin

wiki is good...but not so good..as i think ...
some codes is a little hard to think where to put..but try to learn about wiki a little ....go in wiki and see the scripting functions...there you can see a lot of functions..codes...is what i mean

Its /rcon kick, and /rcon ban. You can also download an addon for rcon commands, or download an admin filter script.
