hi , this is rly pissing me off :P i havnt playing in about a year or so and ive forgot how to speak on samp i no how to get the text bar up but theres somethink you have to put at the start to speak to everone right? if some one could tell me please it wud help a fukin lot lmao cheers

Press T key if you're talking about writing.
But if you want to speak with other players, get a ventrilo or TS or something like that.

That depends on what gamemode is being used on the server. Some servers limit the chat radius, as in only people nearby can see your message. You can always check with the server owner/scripter as they may have included a feature in their script which allows you to send your message to everyone.

usely for RP its /o but most you just type and talk.
