Have you deleted the file dxutgui.png file from where SA:MP is installed? I believe that contains all the graphics for the text box and tab list.

If you have EnableZoneNames enabled, the scoreboard has the bug when a zone name is shown

Also you are right, today I removed the picutres from my GTA directory, I need it again if someone ain't bothered to upload for me.
