Every time I try compiling it tells me theres already a sa-mp running meaning like it wants to compile and run but I just hit compile what is this problem and how to fix?

You hit F5 and it tells you SA-MP is already running?

Yes but if it isnt it starts sa-mp up.

Where is your pawno folder located? In the same directory as your SA?

Weird, I know this may sound stupid but try to make a seperate folder on your desktop, with the Windows Server Package in there too, then try that compiler.
