Well, I got a nice racing track on singleplayer (its a whole new area, not just objects)

but how i can make the samp work with it..?

but as i said its more than object, its on its own whole new island... or is the grass etc. done with objetcs?

You need to upload the file and convert it to PAWN code.

You have to put the objects into your gamemode under public OnGameModeInit

Make custom map ( like http://www.gtasa.fr/download.php?act=view&id=2102 )

= Crash

because If you want to create a SAMP map, take MTA MAP EDITOR, place object, save and convert.

If you don't take a "original" object of SA
