Vista bug
#1

Hello I play SA:MP on my laptop, and there's a problem. I play it on compatibility mode, and it works fine, however I have 2 problems (3 if I count another ingame).

1) The servers I add to favorites don't stay there after I exit the SA:MP client;
2) I can't close the client by clicking on X. Because it gives me a lot of error messages saying: "Access violation at adress 004CC7CE in module 'samp.exe'. Read of adress 00000015."
3) Sometimes when I minimize the game (this happens in offline too), when I open the window the game freezes.

My operating system is Windows Vista Homepremium 64-bits.

Thanks in advance

Download the latest sa-mp which is 0.2xu1, it was made to fix the vista issues.

Im on 32bit vista, i dont run in any sort of compatibility-mode. Only thing i get from that is weird sound errors.
Make sure your system is running smooth, maybe reinstall vista if its been a while.
Close down everything in taskmanager, except the windows crap.. there are lists on vista exe files on MS site somewhere.

Then try start up samp and connect to partyserver (i can play here with no crashes for hours most of the time)
Many servers are plain crap, and make you crash alot.

This might be some weird 64bit issue i dont know since ive never tried it :P

I don't think it's an OS problem since I bought this notebook in April.
