You can't set ip in the server.cfg file. Go to www.whatismyip.com to get it, if you need to forward your ports then go to http://portforward.com

If im understanding what your trying to say.

You cannot make an i.p for samp like 197.41.32.1 so you get on top of the list when it loads,the i.p at
www.whatismyip.com is your i.p and the one people will see and use to load your server.You cannot just make an i.p for people to connect to.
