Las Ventura's is my fav to run around in. SF is good for like business and stuff IMO.

I think San Fierro and Los Santos is the best for role playing, but the carspawn in San Fierro is very bugged, because the vehicles spawns on the center of the road very often, and it's very annoying. The roads are sloping too... so I recommend Los Santos.

I'd say San Fierro, since Los Santos is all gangster city and Las Venturas is just one big desert.
