how to make good website ? with out www.blabla.webbly.com or webs.com etc ... i wanna make site with .com and without any donating

For a .com domain you must pay, theres no place to get a free .com domain.

ucoz.com is a really good one for making free websites. I would prefer that if you want to make a free website.

I'd have to say my favorite web host is Host Gator

For a free host, which isn't as good as Host Gator, I guess try www.000webhost.com

EDIT :

There's some good sites for buying domains, but since you want a free one, go with www.co.cc
