Okay so i downgraded and installed SA:MP everything worked well checked the single player and all started up SA:MP and got tried to connect to a server and my mouse indicates its loading for a second then it stops and nothing happens i have reinstalled and retried and I tried different servers.

Nvm I fixed this by changing the compatibility to windows 98 but now single player crashes at the rockstar intro of the yellow spray painting and multiplayer goes to the loading screen loads up then i get an error:
