i tryed with this /rcon but why doesn't appear nothing in game?
My problem is i want to talk with this name ,as:"Admin" in the game and the same color as "Admin" that what i will say in game. can someboy help me please?
This is the pawn code from somebody who gived to me ,but thi code i have to put somewhere? to work that /rcon in game?

First, that's no pawn code, that is log from server_log.txt.
When you're on your server, use /rcon login [password] (rcon password is setted in server.cfg at rcon_password line) and once you are logged in you can use all rcon commands.
To talk as admin, use /rcon say [text] and for list of all available commands, use /rcon cmdlist.
