can someone help me with this

well frist where i have to put "database" file or just i leave it wheres my server.exe ?
then where i put "src" folder ? i leave it too wheres server.exe ?

im getting then

download a MySQL server (xampp)

Well, i registered at db4free and filled things in GM like host user and pass and db name but now it is spamming

and in sa-mp server list it shows my server is not responding, but when i try without SQL then it works fine but yeah.. i really need SQL

Download xampp
Then start it then you got a SQL server and connect to localhost and password is (no pass just "") and user root
