There is any GM of SA-MP that allows to play MP with all normal ppl of Singel Player like cops , normal ppl walking at the street , etc ... ?
Or any server it will be awesome to play something like this
Just like GTA IV ?And is it possible to be created one ?
Something like : ( You are playing with your friends online and you kill some1 the cops are after you , Team Missions like rob bank , killing some1 , there are alot of ideas about this . I want to know is it possible ?

no, maybe you'll be able to create the peds in 0.3 and than you can script the rest of the things yourself

Actually "peds" is an short name of "pedestrian" of what i heard. But you're right.
