I think a good thing would be is:

At the entrance, do a gate command to open/close the gates which only say an admin (Or you could make a register/login script with it) and then you give them a pass which allows them to open and close the gates. This can be made into some good things Feel free to PM if you need help with making any of this.

This is nice! Good for RP servers. Next time make an riot map or something with fire :P Torch so it looks like burning houses, etc.
