I wanted to compile .pwn files but it always start up SA-MP and the game when I press compile but I did not press the Compile/Run button... and when it got in the game it connects if my server is on but if its off it cant connect but after I quit the game an error says that it is Unable To Compile and yes I didn't change anything in the .pwn file.

You don't need to run game if you want to compile something.
