Script[gamemodes/trmode.amx]: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"

I've already installed Netframework 4
And added plugins xStream.dll in config

How i fix it?

Do you have permission of Boylett to use his streamer plugin?
Also his streamer is old and is not right to use it in 0.3a.
Use my streamer or anything else..

Hmm, I had this error before... Everyone says that the bug is in a wrong plugin but I fixed it by deleting a wrong include (Maybe that include used plugins?).
