Well the title pretty much describes it, the server is goofed up, and our Host is out of town. He left the server running, and one of our members must have done something to crash it. When you log in, it just spams the message:
"Flying to Las Venturas Airport Security Office by SunnyCrockett" (Yes, we call our teleport flying :P)
You cannot spawn, or do any commands (Including logging in with Rcon)
We do not have anything like Crossloop to access the Host's computer, so is there a way to fix it?

There's nothing much you can do, you'll just have to wait till he's back..
