I have the strangest problem ever. My server is offline (offline in the way that is broken, I did not shut it down) for two days but some player still can join the server. I'm from Bosnia and Herzegovina and most of my players are from Balcan. Only two or three player can see the server online and can play on it. For the rest of us it is offline (for me too and I'm the owner). Now I have send the IP of the server to one guy and he is from Netherland and for him server was online. I dont get this. Did SA-MP banned Finland or Balcan? My server is hosted in Finland and my players are from Balcan. And the strange part is that some of the players from Balcan can join the server (that means that Balcan is not banned from SA-MP and + I can join other server) and others (most of them) cant. Now next case if the Finland is banned. That cant be possible too because well some players can join the server. Now I'm asking was there any range ban on this countries and if there was not, what do you think the problem is?

Please help my server is offline for two days.

Well if I give the IP I will probably get banned from forum, because of the name of my hoster... I can send you via PM if you want

when yes i think sa-fe has the same problem contact delux they have some problems

This got something to do with DDoS attacks. I got my answer, there were not range bans...
