So uh seems like on most servers I login into, if I do not rape the shift key I get an error, but if I push alt+f4, then kill my self it does not have the error.
So anyone know of a way to fix the bug.
I run linux OS

Your SA-MP installation looks bugged, as the server your playing's login screen goes into an interior and the place that you show is not that.
