It is not possible to Script an anticheat for it, It works on packets and AFAIK just sends the connection packet and dosent actually connect therefore no SA:MP Functions e.g. OnPlayerConnect are called, It could be possible to stop it with a plugin if the right memory address was found or somthing

Good luck, u could always try to use HEX editor, to check the right memory adress what the program uses etc.

And btw, its only Fake players tools, fill up the server with bots that arent connected
