Hey, anyone know how to fix this issue? It's only with this particular server, samp version is correct. This server is lithuanian server and I'am joining from Ireland even tho they have protection for connecting from different country my IP address is on the whitelist so I should be able to connect. I never had this problem before, and if I use VPN it does kinda work like it's starts downloading modules and ect, but it's slow so it crashes. Any suggestions?

Let's point out something.

You - we - can't help you fix this issue since isn't a SaMp related problem, but a server side. So better thing is to contact a server admin.
Using a VPN is always slower then your home connection, reason why downloading skins are at slow speed.

As i can see, your IP is not on their whitelist otherwise you'd join without problems.

Best method to fix is to contact server owners, nothing we can do about.

Are you using a wireless connection by chance? That can cause this issue. Are you able to connect to other servers and actually play on them, are other players on your server also experiencing this issue?
