No, it's not, check your portforwarding and firewalls.

yea i portforwarded. after i did that i worked. now, it stopped working for awhile. dont know why. the only thing i did was change my router channel. here's my settings:
My wireless channel is 5
my ip is 24.58.110.116
my forwarded is 192.168.1.145

The 192.168.1.100 you need to change it in your router settings.
