[Map Error] Error with visualization?

Hello; I hope all are well.
I wanted to ask a question.
I was trying a map that I shared with a community, since the owner informed me that he had an error, when I was about to verify the error, I noticed that it was true, but ... For some reason, the map just disappears when the map is converted with KDFFGUI, but when I add the map manually, through custom.img, it does not disappear.
For example, in the images where the map is converted into kdffgui, when I stay at the corner of the traffic light, it disappears, but when I walk away towards the Montechilliad, the map remains static.
Instead ... If I install the map through custom.img, in none of the cases, the map disappears, stays there.

What can be?
Do not mention that it is the <streamer> file, since I tried this with more than three versions of the file, and it was not that, just to discard what the file was, haha.

Sounds like your having conflicts with the streamer distance? and possibly the plugin itself, have you check if theirs any updates?

Yes, I've done it.
The last update that is released, I understand that it is the <Streamer Plugin v2.9.3>.

The truth is very confusing the subject.
Because if you realize, if I advance to enter the town, the map disappears, but, if I go to the outskirts of the town, going towards the mountain, or to San Fierro, the map continues there.

last value is draw distance, 500m
or model have problem with collision, i see this before, when on far distance model appears ingame
or wrong exporting from max, blender

Hello; The truth, I returned to export the model in 3d max, a couple of two or three times, and continued the same, also ... if the model had an error, possibly the kdffgui told me, or maybe by loading it into the server , this would give a load error, in any case, I will try to create a 'base' model, and I will place it in the same place, to make a test, and see if it also disappears, like the previous model.

Yeah, if it's not stream distance and number of objects streamed, than it must be collision problem.
