There are a lot of customizable text editor, I'd recommend Sublime text, Notepad++, or VSCode.

Sublime text, Atom(never used Atom tbh, and everyone tells me that Atom is cancer), Notepad++, VSCode.

Would recommend VSCode but you can also give a shot to Sublime Text
