hi my name is [SD]sphinX from the server Team-[SD] Los Angeles DM+STUNTS. Well i posted this topic so that if by any chance you guys can help me with making an echo channel for my server. please and thank you.

hmm i think this forums is for Server Support, not mIRC Support but anyways best idea is 2 go to like a help channel in the mIRC Server and ask one of the Admins how you can get a channel.

You'll need the plugin but i think the plugin topic has been removed by devs try search ****** and for it
