PS: I don't recommend old versions because they can be missing some features and be buggy... Latest plugins and includes are made for the current version (0.3.7 R2) or the "in tests" version (0.3..

I can't find it on any trust-worth sources, so just use 0.3.7... (http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php)
PS: Why do you want so much to run a SA-MP 0.3.b server? 0.3.7 has more features...

i 2year ago run my server in 3b. have a lot player. 50/47 the max. but my pc down. i have laptop but want hosting page
