So, I haven't touched SA:MP in a week or so and wanted to check it out, as soon as I got IG I was overwhelmed with lag which wasn't there when I left it. I said ok fine and reinstalled GTA SA, normally when I reinstalled, I used to get high fps and smooth performance with low settings but it was the same. I actually did some tests with the resolution and I had it bigger, running at about 35 FPS with often frame drops, switched to the lowest and got 30-25 FPS. Extremely wierd, reinstalled 2 times, deleted cache 3 times, changed comp. mode, dunno what else to try. Anyone knows a fix other than reinstalling my Windows?
EDIT: No mod no nothing, not even CLEO, no .asi clean GTA!

Have you tried update your graphics card? Also is the settings in display options as low as possible?

I'm gonna see and try to update my graphics card, as for the settings, when I join and I try to lower them, the worse the performance I get. Lowest possible, still laggy. Before with those settings I could get 100FPS (before was 2 weeks ago hardly.)

I don't think so, I always reinstall from the same legal copy and it has worked just fine before.

Have you formatted your machine recently, before this started happening?

Does it just happen in sa-mp?
And have you tested singleplayer aswell?
And btw, do you have frame limiter on or off?

Both in SAMP and GTA SA Singleplayer, frame limiter is off.

Nevermind, someone reminded me about some Windows Update and remembered I made on some time ago, uninstalled that and now it's working smoothly again, thanks alot for the suggestions though!
