Hello, I would like to know if this configuration of VPS is good for a server SAMP which can welcome in the 50-75 people?
VL-2-HDD
RAM Memory: 2 Go DDR3
Hard Disk: 50 Go HDD
Processor/CPU: Intel Xeon W3520
OS: Debian 8 Jessie
Brandwidth: 200 Mbits
Trafic:Unlimited
Frequency: 1 x 2.67 Ghz

hard to tell.
greatly depends on how much resources does your downloaded gamemode use and how efficient it is.
also, many low quality VPS hosting communities (its highly probable that you are considering to get a low quality VPS), over-sell their servers. For example use one 16 core machine to host 100+ VPS's.
So, they are not lying and you will get access to 1 CPU core, but how many other people can drain that core too?
but, samp servers arent that demanding as far as i remember from my time around 2013, so you should be OK

Impossible to say that.
It may hold 1000 players when all the gamemode does is kicking people on join.
And it may hold just 1 player when the gamemode is a dirty piece of messy code.

MySQL recommends minimum 1GB for itself alone.
(if you use one.)
EDIT: 1GB oopsy doopsey.
But it also depends on your usage of it.
