What will be the price of a Well-Scripted, Not Unique (CZ GM) but completely changed, with +40 New Features and Dynamic House/Vehicle System, 50% on MySQL and 50% on SQLite, SF and LV city! What will be the whole GM price or What will be the price of the Scripter who scripted?

It depends on the lines of the script, a role-play server costs 50-70 euros / usd maximum others offers and prices are just scam. But all i know is selling gamemode / scripts in my opinion it's useless because there are better things todo than go to a community and sell a script which the "owner" will use it only for some months / year.

However if this is a leaked gm you cant even take a single dollar for it without being a massive asshole.

There is no "maximum" cost of a script. Making a brand new roleplay, full of features and all self made takes more than 5 hours @ 10 euros an hour.

But honestly, don't bother with a roleplay. Make something else / get someone to make you something else instead.

So basically you just say you can create a server in 5 hours. Anyway, it is not even considered well scripted when it has "50% mySQL and 50% SQLite" . Secondly, If it is a leaked gamemode, you shouldn't even post that. You should respect someone's else work mate.
