I opened my server for friends to play but ther was the issue. my AdminPlugin didn't load!(my gamemode)

It is likely that you defined a native that is not present in EXE/Plugins. Make sure you have every plugin and include uptaded to last version.

If that isn't working, you should add CrashDetect Plugin by Zeex, and compile the AdminPlugin.pwn with -d3.
PS: CrashDetect is giving you more detailed debug messages in console about errors.
