Can I add UTF-8 encode to my server? I want gamtextforplayer to be translated to Bulgarian! Can I change it using any plugin or something?

FFS not everyone here is online every hour of every day. And the answer is NO you can't. Gametext and textdraw use a predefined set of characters stored as textures, which you cannot change.
