Unable to execute compiler with .NET framework
#1

Whenever I try to compile with PAWN, I get "unable to execute compiler". I've tried redownloading the server package and so on, so it's not that. I've also tried installing .net framework 3.5 (although nothing came up), 4.0 (although it said it was already installed). I also tried checking through "turn features on/off", it's enabled there.

Any suggestions boys?

Try installing Microsoft Visual C++. Also make sure you've got pawncc.exe in the folder, did you install the full package? @.net framework.

Which windows are you running?

It doesn't require .net framework at all, you only have to run it as admin

I've tried, although what I haven't tried was manually setting pawncc.exe to run as administrator. This didn't work either, I'm still getting the message, regardless of the script I'm using. I've tried two different directories and installations, so I don't think that's the issue. What else could it be?

Did some more research into this which suggested me to delete a blank ghost file with the first part of my username in C:\Users. Strangely enough I found it and compiling works after deleting. Strange.
