I keep getting fps drops on samp only and idk why...
I have an i7 and a gtx960m with 4gb ddr5 which allows me to get 60 stable fps on many games like gta 5 and others but when I'm playing samp FPS keeps dropping randomly. For example when i set my fpslimiter to 50 i keep getting drops to 47. When I set it to 20fps I also get drops to 17fps so I don't think it's related to hardware. Anyone expierenced this? Any solutions?
I'm on windows 10 (x64).

It's Windows 10. W10 is poorly optimized for old games. Try Hitman 2 on W10. Mipmap and the map is bugged
