So i wanna create something to put on my website, i want it so if the person goes to the url they are able to view the logs remotely though the FTP.

Well, you are not asking how to fix something or why something behaves the way it does or the other way around. You are basically asking people how to do something that you could find out through googling and thinking

I think a lot of people do that sometimes (i also did that a couple of times i guess).

Anyways, you can just use an apache server and place (or mirror) the logfiles in there or use php files to echo the logs (if you don't wan to move / mirror them). very easy actually
