He's only talking about fixes2's timers, and not the native timers.

If you're going to use fixes2 and you dont want an issue with timers. Do not load the fixes2 plugin. kaisersouse had this issue and we fount out that if you include fixes2 and load the plugin, it fucks up the timers.
