Bro, It happens when your grapic card is low or your game has problem.
1-Try to re-install the game.
2-Try to change directory of GTA SANANDREAS.

i think graphic card not low, i using gtx980ti

but other gamemodes not have problem

If it doesn't happen on every server, then the problem lies in the server you got that crash log from.
