I have application where i use php scripts contact and retrieve info. Php scripts stored to my website. It's possible if you go from website to that url, just you get

So you want those scripts to be accessible by whatever other script you may have, but not by someone through their browser?
I think using .htaccess files might be the way to go in this case. This looks like something you describe.

Order allow,deny
Deny from all

But then i can't connect from application too
