Well i need help with my server ... I have the mood Minigunmadness and i have logged me with /rcon pass ... i dont know how i set player score and where i can download gamemodes and how i change the welcome text ... and i want to make my friend admin but i dont know how ... im a beginner ... please help

edit: i want to put the admin system in my server but i dont know how oh man .. im a noob please help
