SendClientMessage before Kick

When I want to inform player about reason of kick I have to set some timeout for kick because when I call kick right after SendClientMessage it isn't displayed before kick. Player just receives message "Server closed connection".

Not a bug. This is since 0.3x, probably because alot of the networking system changed. You have to use a timer. View the note and example at https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Kick
