I know this is kinda weird but is there like an .exe for when I connect to a players server I can run it and download the mapping in the area I have loaded, so if they have mapped something extra in blueberry, I can go there and it will download it for me and show me the code or something like that?

Yea, you really got the right area to ask for that here.
You suppose any scripter/mapper in here will give you a hint on how to steal their stuff?
If you like a map, go and ask the owner/creator to give you the code of it, or spend some money on a mapper to create it for you.

Why would you even want to steal mapping from people, who will probably have copyrights on their shit?
