How can i get by a function if my vehicle has 4 wheels, and not likes bikes, airplanes, trailers & others special vehicles, that doesn't have or have only 2?

Yes i know about that.
But i tried many times to make a function that complete this idea, and always bugged.
(* Trying to know if a car has 0, 2 or 4 wheels).
