Why sometimes players get email in spam folder?

It's because that website is listed in blacklist of Gmail.

But it's not always in spam.. Just sometimes and website is really not in blacklist.

Because of where your email server is hosted, if it's hosted on a reputable service, then ye it won't go to spam.
