i need a filterscript when a player get banned to show the dialog banned by , reason date and time etc.

You need to read the rules of the forum, and learn to script.

Here you go a tutorial made by me. But make sure to add a timer when kicking the player so that the server shows the player the dialog.

You can use a mxDate, and save admin nick and reason in player account.
